  • 2 frozen Salmon steaks 
  • Chilli sliced, no seeds 
  • Ginger sliced thin 
  • Coriander 
  • Lemongrass (optional) 
  • Soy sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Cut 2 pieces of foil.

  3. Place a salmon on the foil and put as much toppings as you desire.

  4. Wrap it up like a boat and seal tightly.

  5. Place in oven for 30-40 minutes.

  6. Serve with a salad or rice.
