Processing & shipping your order
All orders are processed within one to two business days and shipped according to your chosen shipping method.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number which you can use to track your order.
Free Shipping Australia Wide on orders over $50 AUD
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post or a courier company and come with a tracking number. The estimated delivery time within Australia (from time of order to receipt of parcel) is 2 to 10 business days. Australian orders under $50 AUD have a postage rate of $7.95 AUD.
Shipping (International orders)
All international orders are sent via Australia Post and come with a tracking number. Postage for international orders is calculated based on your country.
International delivery times vary but are usually approximately 5-10 business days.
Please note these are estimates only and Mealami is not responsible for any delays experienced by couriers when delivering your Parcel. The shipping aspect of your order is a separate service from Mealami and we reserve the right to not issue a refund on orders if packages are experiencing delays.
Customs and import duties
Mealami cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs. Any outstanding customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and we cannot be held responsible for these charges. Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price of your items ordered. Mealami cannot tell you what the cost will be as customs policies and charges vary from country to country.
If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to Mealami. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received by us, excluding any shipping costs incurred by Mealami as this aspect of your order was fulfilled.
Please choose your Mealami product carefully as we do not provide exchanges or refunds for change of mind (including unwanted gifts, wrong selection etc.)
Mealami takes great care to ensure all products are accurately described and photographed to provide as much information about the product as possible prior to purchasing + please feel free to shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions!
If your Mealami product has arrived faulty, please contact us immediately via email at email@example.com
Our warranty period for FAULTY items is 6 months - we require a receipt/proof of purchase. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.
