Musashi Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 100g Rolled Oats
- 30g Cashew Butter
- 1 Medium Banana
- 20ml Almond or Cashew Milk
- Stevia to taste
- 2x Musashi Protein Wafer Bars in Chocolate
Method
- Blend the oats, cashew butter, banana and almond milk in a food processor
- Once the mixture is combined well, add the 2 Musashi wafer bars and stevia to preferred taste. We used a minimal amount
- Continue to blend for a further 15-20 seconds, or until the wafer bars are mixed in well
- Remove from food processor into a bowl and set aside in the fridge for 10-15mins. This will allow the mixture to set
- Roll into 9 even balls
